Meet Your Chief Strategy Consultant

SapphireGS is led by its Principal Consultant, Juliana Njoku. Ms. Njoku serves as the CEO/Chief Strategy Consultants alongside several partnering consultants.

Prior to founding SapphireGS, Ms. Njoku served as an Administrator of Performance Management and Strategic Planning for the City of Indianapolis, Indiana for over 10-years. Ms. Njoku has also served Maryland State Legislature and other major cities working on social and economic policies. Ms. Njoku has an extensive background working in both public and private organizations to include international development. Ms Njoku’s career also includes her experiences working for the United Nations, in New York City, for both UNIFEM – Peace & Security Division (now known as UN Women) and UNDP-HIV/AIDS Division, respectively.

Ms. Njoku is also well accomplished academically; completing her undergraduate degree in Government & Politics and Certification in Conflict & Peace Management at the University of Maryland-College Park. She also holds a Graduate Certification in Sustainability & Innovation from Harvard University and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Ms. Njoku is a highly sought-after Strategy Consultant, Public Speaker, and Policy Analyst known for her passionate insight and advocacy for creative solutions to social challenges.

What is a Chief Strategy Consultant?

A Chief Strategy Consultant (CSC), is responsible for working closely with Executive Teams to improve current business operations and revise them to achieve the company’s long-term vision. Their duties include participating in meetings with Executive Teams, board members and other stakeholders, coming up with creative business ideas and reviewing data to monitor progress across their business initiatives.

Chief Strategists are responsible for creating a company’s vision, communicating the plan with all stakeholders, executing the business initiatives and sustaining implementation efforts.

As your Chief Strategy Consultant I provide two critical areas of support within your team or organization: strategy development and strategy implementation. More specifically, my role on your team will be to provide these categories of service:

‣Strategy Development: focused almost exclusively on strategy formulation, portfolio management and leading strategic initiatives.

‣Innovative Modeling: providing specialized skills that are not otherwise present within an organization that can be used to implement inorganic strategic changes.

‣Coaching: working to provide information to strategy creators and facilitate communication between teams, team members and stakeholders.

‣Change Management: facilitating and enabling transformation.
